Blair Chicken

Blair started his career with an apprenticeship in sports turf management. After completing this, he moved into earthworks as a digger operator. Five years later he took a machine operator role in New Zealand’s biggest landscape company, Natural Habitats, where he soon found a passion for landscaping. He became fully qualified and was in no time at all running large residential projects and working alongside some of New Zealand’s top landscape designers. 

In 2013 Blair achieved the New Zealand ´Young Landscaper of the Year´ award, which was followed by numerous landscape distinction awards for his landscape constructions. 

Blair relocated to Marlborough in 2018, and soon decided to start up his own business, where he could share his wide range of industry knowledge, making beautiful outdoor living areas across Marlborough.
