Entertainers Dream
This was a complete design-build and landscape job for a new build. The clients wanted an entertaining area that would make the most of the indoor-outdoor flow and the well-thought-out shape of the house.
While adding a touch of flair and the clients’ love for cooking over fire, we made the large fireplace the centrepiece.
New Living Landscapes did everything from decks, concrete, fireplace, fences, irrigation, lawns, and gardens.
Country Entertaining
The brief: functional and entertaining. With a concept design and some great ideas from the clients we were able to transform this area into a perfect multi-functional spot.
The deck and pergola with the outdoor kitchen was the perfect addition to this property.
From hosting dinner parties and BBQ’s to late nights sitting around the fire pit this area has it all.
Grovetown Deck
Update and upgrade – that was our client’s brief.
We completed a landscape construction, upgrading the original out of proportion deck to this beauty. We also incorporated a pergola to grow grape vines over, giving our clients some shade from the harsh Marlborough sun.
Cosy Little Courtyard
Creating an outdoor space that was more usable and cozy was the goal here.
By lifting the concrete patio level to the floor height in this area it instantly made the flow better and more inviting to use.
With a retractable awning already in place, an aluminium pergola frame with glass panels and a gas fireplace was the perfect finishing touch to make this area cozy and inviting.
Outdoor Kitchen
The design and build were completed by New Living Landscapes on this modern outdoor kitchen.
A modern look with the combination of cedar and a custom concrete bench was the perfect addition to this property, finishing off the area beautifully.
Sun Trap
Every house in New Zealand needs a good deck and this is one to envy!
Adding the deck of dreams to this property was priceless. With the addition of storage under the inbuilt day bed and the inbuilt seating around one corner this deck ticks all the boxes.
In addition to the deck and seating we built a stunning outdoor kitchen that is connected to the main kitchen with some practical bi-fold windows.
Olive and Vine Estate
The brief for this job was to finish off the re-shaped drive and turnaround area and create a productive potager garden among the olive trees.
The first part of this job was planting out the new drive and turnaround area by putting together the large water feature inside the centre.
The brief for the potager garden was uniformity and country formal. With the addition of the tunnel house and irrigation, this productive garden is set up to produce vegetables all year.
Day Care Playground
This transformation was made from a concept plan the clients had done, which included the beautiful mature trees already on site.
We transformed these grounds from a dusty, muddy mess, into a functional, interactive and safe playground, meeting the NZS5828 standards.
